WATCHES ENGINEER (TECHNICAL
CONSTRUCTION) & PROJECT MANAGER

to join our Fashion and Accessories Team and become our technical watch specialist. In this function you will be reporting to the Head of Design and Development Watches.
Your main responsibilities will include the following duties:
* Technical construction of new products (modelisation)
* Provision of technical solutions required by suppliers and partners along the design, production and supply chain
* Definition of product specifications to ensure a maximum of quality and a competitive price (selection of materials and packaging, elaboration of cost, establish quality specifications and testing required, coordination of prototyping phase, close monitoring of quality of pre-series)
* Planning, coordination and monitoring of production processes, as well as the delivery of prototypes and pre-series
* Generate required documentation and SAP master data (bill of material, creation of SKU number, etc.)
* Manage projects with interdisciplinary teams within a global context
* Ensure good interface and communication with the different internal or external partners
A successful candidate will bring along:
* Technical background (ETS, micro technique)
* 3-5 years sound experience in the technical side of watch product development (case and bracelet)
* Interest for a large variety of activities mixing modelisation, project development management, support and monitoring of our suppliers and production as well as quality coordination with our Quality Management Team
* Strong skills in 3D CAD programmes (Solidworks, Autocad etc.)
* Fluency in French or German and in addition good skills in English
* Analytical thinking enabling a methodical approach to work
* Excellent interpersonal skills, a results and solution orientation, ability to work under pressure
