Training and Development HUMINT SME

Valbin Corporation, Mission Readiness Support is recruiting various Subject Matter Experts (SME's) for an upcoming project in February and March 2010. The project's goal is to provide the most current and effective training preparation possible of HUMINT Collection Teams (HCT) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom and operations throughout United States Army Europe and European Command.

SME's will coordinate, plan, develop, and execute an intelligence training Program of Instruction and Situational Training Exercise. SME's will ensure that the participants are properly trained before their deployment and will participate in an After Action Report process to review the success of the training.

Specific SME positions include: HUMINT Analysis, Operational Management Team (OMT), Tactical Counter Intelligence (CI), Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G2X) and, Situational Training Exercise (STX) Coordinator Subject Matter Expert (SME) Instructors.

Place of performance during the project will be Hohenfels, Germany and Grafenwoehr Training Area in Grafenwoehr, Germany.

Requirements:

-5-10 years HUMINT Collection Team, Counter Intelligence or Operational Management Team experience

-Analysis or mentorship experience in the above fields

-Leadership experience and previous deployment in the Balkans, Iraq, or Afghanistan

-Formal military or DoD school training

-Strong communication and writing skills

-Organized and thorough research skills

-Combat/contingency operation experience.

-Must be able to drive in Germany on and off U.S. military installations.

-Security Clearances are not required
